On 1-7 June '24, 4 died in Marcos's drug war. Three of the killings happened in Cebu, bringing the province's total for this year to 27 or 16% of all the reported drug-related killings in the country. Cebu is the top hotspot since May. Sources:

In May 2024, 32 were killed in Marcos's drug war, one per day on average: 8 pushers, 12 w/ prior drug records, 9 users, 2 high-profile targets, & 1 w/ no known drug ties, i.e. a man mistaken for a cop by known drug dealers in Bacoor City, Cavite. Sources:
