“DRUG WAR”
In July 2024, 38 were killed in Marcos's drug war: 12 w/ prior drug record, 11 users, 12 pushers, 2 HVI. So far in '24, Cebu has the most killings: 20 killed by unidentified assailants, 11 by hired guns, 7 by state agents, & 3 by unknown killers. Sources:
